Joe has over 20 years of experience in building companies. He has a proven track record in creating JV partnerships and has successfully built global enterprises spanning Dubai, India, Europe, North America and Australasia.
He founded Trade Skills Global Recruitment Inc (TSG) recruiting skilled workers and technical professionals into EPC, upstream, mining and power, Oil & Gas industries. (Recuitment, Immigration, Red Seal protocols. Trade Unions, Non Unionengagement experience for Mega projects (1+Billion USD) Strong working relationships with Alberta Government, First Nations.) He successfully formed a JV with True Blue Inc. 

He has served on several boards including Lagan Canada Inc. and Brooklyn Electrical Engineering Ireland. Canada JV with Ellis Don.

Executive Director Wells 2 Watts Baker Hughes

Prior to GreenFire Energy, Rob was the Director of Geothermal Technologies and Innovation for Baker Hughes, responsible for advancing geothermal energy projects across the company and driving new and innovative technology. Baker Hughes is a strategic investor in GreenFire Energy and Rob was the executive liaison that championed GreenLoop technology throughout the company. He served as the Executive Director of the Wells2Watts Geothermal Consortium with major oil and gas operators and was overseeing the testing of GreenLoop in the first-ever closed-loop testing facility in Oklahoma City, OKC. 

With 15 years of experience in subsurface technology development for geothermal, oil and gas, and CCUS, Rob held managerial and technical roles at Baker Hughes, General Electric, EERC- University of North Dakota, and The Geysers at Calpine. He has authored and co-authored over 25 publications, filed over 12 U.S. and worldwide patents in energy development and digital solutions, and has presented at many conferences. Rob received a B.S. and M.S. from the Harold Hamm School of Geology at the University of North Dakota.

Dr David Knight Legg, was former  head to the new Invest Alberta Corporation. His career spans more than 20 years in foreign investment and international trade, which included doing business in the United States, Europe, Asia, and Australia. ​

Prior to joining the Invest Alberta Corporation, his role was Principal Advisor to the Premier of Alberta where his focusing on capital markets, investment, tax, sector diversification, Indigenous equity participation, environmental, social and governance matters. David has executive experience with various boards and commissions through his work at McKinsey, a global management consulting firm; Gerson Lehrman Group, a capital markets advisory and research firm; and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.He has held several non-profit and advisory board positions ranging from the Young Presidents Organization Pan-Asia chapter to the Sovereign Art Foundation.​

David did his undergraduate work at the University of Lethbridge and holds a Master’s of Public Administration from Queens University, a Master’s in Law from Oxford University, and a PhD from Yale University where he held several teaching fellowships.​

Sean brings 25+ years of experience and a proven track record in Mega and Large project Execution. Sean was General Manager of Engineering and Construction Support Services for NexenEnergy. He brings significant project experience leading, developing and delivering major projects from inception through to startup, commissioning and turn over to operations.

Sean has also managed operations in Coal Bed Methane and SAGD. 

He led project execution in Engineering, Procurement and Construction for Jacobs Engineering in execution of Mega and Large projects in SAGD, Sulphur Recovery and Gas Processing. 

He holds a BEng in Chemical and Materials Engineering from Auckland University and an MBA from  Rice University in strategy and marketing

Over 30 years of global energy industry experience covering exploration, development and marketing. He has direct experience in operations strategy and commercial delivery of major  oil and gas assets in Russia, US Gulf, and Middle East. He has international oil and gas experience in Papua New Guinea, North America, and Australasia ranging from unconventional assets to world class gas to power and LNG projects. Furthermore, he has worked in refining restructuring and optimizing  marketing and product optimization activities. He has held several senior roles covering  consulting through to heading up operating companies. His primary leadership focus has been on  restructuring and growth businesses.
